At Avignonesi, the quest for excellence goes hand in hand with the experimentation of 100% Tuscan winemaking processes. For this special wine, Avignonesi set aside steel and oak for Tuscan clay. The name Da-Di, Chinese term for earth, soil, was chosen to accentuate this special feature.
