Tasting note
Cuvée consisting of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, aged partly in barrels and partly in tanks. Charming, ripe nose with aromas of white peach, quince jelly, yellow plums, but also of cherries and fine citric tones, underlined with floral-spicy notes of lilac and bergamot blossoms, nuts and a fine mineral herbal touch. On the palate, a fine creamy start, showing elegant, ripe fruit, round and balanced, with a fine acidity nerve.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light summer dishes, such as fried salmon trout with almond butter and lemon, or creamy pea risotto with crayfish.
