Cuvée Cléobuline Chapitre 2 Extra Brut AC 2023 - Julie Dufour

Pure Chardonnay from the “Les Ormes” single vineyard in Landreville. Although the grapes come entirely from the 2020 harvest, it is not an “official” vintage champagne, as it was disgorged after just two years of yeast storage. In the bouquet, it shows aromas of peach plates, salted citrons, grapefruits, honeydew melons and mirabelles, underpinned with notes of meadow flowers, green tea and a delicately iodized mussel lime touch. On the palate, with good grip, citrus freshness, beautiful fruit and fine-tart minerals in the finale.
