Tasting note
Shiny citrus color On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, as well as light yeast and green apple. Soft, creamy, fresh acidity well integrated on the palate. The finish is harmonious.

Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 2. Fermentation in the bottle at a temperature of 15/16° for 45/60 days, then aging in the cellar for 12 months.
