About the wine
Vinified from selected, dried grapes and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Cuva is one of the richest Swiss red wines and impresses with its great aging potential of up to 20 years. Vinified in the monastery cellar from dried Pinot Noir and Gamaret grapes from the best vineyards in Leutschen on Lake Zurich.
