About the wine

Tasting note
Strong reddish purple color. Incredibly intense scent of blackcurrants on the nose. The extremely high fruit content gives this crème de cassis elegance and depth. The finish is incomparably long!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, desserts.
Vinification
Harvesting takes place in July. Before maceration, the berries are slightly scratched to intensify the taste. This allows the alcohol to penetrate the whole fruit during maceration, which takes 4-5 weeks. After that, the juice is removed and the assemblage begins. The slow incorporation of granulated sugar naturally lowers the alcohol content and ensures the balanced taste of the fruit.
