About the wine
At the entrance to the village of Rorschwihr, the Fernand Engel winery (Domaine) overlooks the hill and, with its modern style, is a contrast to the rest of the picturesque village. Within a generation, the 62-hectare estate has developed into one of the most important Alsatian wineries in organic farming. Around twenty people take care of the growing vine all year round; they know every plot and every vine.

Tasting note
Light yellow color with fine perlage. On the nose, aromas of brioche, hazelnuts and citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit). Textured acidity on the palate, refreshing and fruity, elegant with fine notes of citrus, pear and peach.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with aperitif, shrimp curry, salmon with ginger or dessert.

Traditional bottle fermentation.
