Tasting note
Multi-faceted, like a finely polished ruby in a glass - with a wealth of fruity, spicy aromas that invite you. On the palate, rewarding dark chocolate and mocha are combined with generous aromas of ripe berries, supported by the firm structure that results from careful aging in oak wood.

Goes well with grilled housechicken with truffled rutabaga.

A Biel winemaker in the South African wine paradise - In 2002, Neuchâtel winemaker Jean-Claude “JC” Martin (formerly Domaine les Grillettes) and his wife Carolyn, South African with generations of winemaker ancestors, founded the “Creation Wines” winery near Hermanus. As a member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative, Creation Wines is committed to protecting and maintaining natural biodiversity. Traditional mash fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Easy filtration before bottling. Aged for 16 months in 33% new French wooden barrels.
