Crayère deg. 23 by Cazé-Thibaut is a lively sparkling blend of Schwarzriesling and Chardonnay, offering crisp acidity and a refined texture. Crafted with care, it strikes a nice balance between fresh fruit and elegance—an approachable choice when you want to celebrate something special.

Tasting note
A cuvée is composed of 55% Meunier and 45% Chardonnay. Although the 2021 vintage is only a small part of it, 60% are reserve wines from 19 & 18 aged in used wooden barrels. In the bouquet, the aromas of Meunier and Chardonnay complement each other with notes of wild berries, red cherries and plums, as well as Meyer lemon, candied blood orange and peach, with floral-mineral scents of almond blossoms, some bergamot and a subtle chalk touch. Juicy crunchy on the palate, with great freshness and once again mineral, fine-tart spice in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine fish and mussel dishes such as zander fillet with almond pine crust and orange zest or spaghetti vongole.
