About the wine
The 30 hectares of Coudoulet lie east of the Beaucastel vineyard on the other side of the A7 motorway. For reasons that are now obvious, he is often regarded as the baby Beaucastel.

Tasting note
Gorgeous deep red color in the glass. On the nose, the wine is complex, spicy and floral with notes of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced and very fine with wonderful aromas of cherry, plum and licorice. The finish is long.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, beef, fine cuts of meat, soft cheese, aged cheese, pasta, lamb.
Vinification
Each variety is harvested individually by hand and then sorted in the winery. Classic maceration of 12 days in cement tanks. Pressing in pneumatic presses. Blend the various varieties after biological acid degradation. Aging for 6 months in large barrels.
