About the wine
The fertile and enchanting landscapes of Provence give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Mas conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Merlot with duck or slightly spicy red meat.

Tasting note
This intense red blend consists of characteristic grape varieties: Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault, with a little Merlot and Syrah. A complex bouquet of dried plums, raspberries and garrigue (Garrigue stands for the region's heathland, with its variously scented perennials and herbs) to a spicy note. Round, smooth and harmonious on the palate, with a fresh finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, guinea fowl with fresh thyme, Spanish tapas, fried dishes with herbs, and soft cheese.
Vinification
De-stemming, brief skin contact at controlled temperatures for Grenache and Merlot. 6-8 days skin contact for Carignan and Syrah. Pneumatic press (Bucher press). In November, the individual wines are combined. Aging for at least 4 months
