Tasting note
In the bouquet, plum jam and ripe wild berries, plums and dried herbs. On the palate, raspberries and spicy notes with very juicy, ripe tannins. Perfectly structured with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef — from steaks to stroganoff to tartare or slow-cooked roast from the oven. It goes great with polenta — whether cream polenta or bouillon-based, pure or with porcini mushrooms and bacon, this combination always works.
Vinification
The grapes are dried for 2 months. Aging in new oak barriques for 15 months and in the bottle for 12 months.
