About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet greets us with this dominant shiraz, which he grows in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecues.

Tasting note
Steep slopes, poor, humus-poor soils, sunny terraces: that's Cornas! And that's how this Jaboulet family plant is: shaped by the terroir and the Syrah grape variety. The aroma spectrum is broad and typical of the variety: ripe fruit aromas (blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, cassis), pepper, herbal and roasted aromas. The attributes are perfectly balanced, with a fresh fruit structure, ripe, present tannins and profound. It is a wine full of character; it offers great drinking pleasure and is an excellent accompaniment to food, which should mature in the bottle for a few years.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, lamb, North African cuisine, roast beef, beef stew, beef appetizers and beef tenderloin stroganoff.

Aged for 24 months in pièce (French oak barrel with a capacity of 228 liters)
