About the wine
A purple-red color like a ripe fruit in the cold season. Black cherry and wild berry aromas. An unforgettable aroma.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is deep ruby red with purple reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of black cherry, wild berries and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with present but supple tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes such as game, beef or lamb as well as with aged hard cheese.
Vinification
The Cornalin grapes are carefully picked by hand and traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the typical aromas of the variety. Some of the wine is then aged in oak barrels, which gives it additional structure and complexity.
