About the wine
We have a special, provocative Fiano from 2016 for you, which is inspiring many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Montevetrano absolutely masters his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the lush and graceful countryside in Campania. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this fiano with seafood or fish dishes.

Tasting note
Presented in a clear, bright yellow with green reflections. On the nose, an intense bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and tropical aromas such as pineapple and peach unfolds. Subtle mineral notes and herbal elements can be discovered in the background. On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with lively acidity and well-integrated fruitiness. The aftertaste is elegant and slightly salty, making it particularly refreshing and appealing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, vegetable risotto or goat cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the best locations in Campania. After gentle pressing, a temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes. The wine stays on the fine lees for a few months, which gives it additional complexity. No wood aging is used to underline the freshness and purity of the aromas.
