Tasting note
Studio di Bianco probably best represents the character of the master: complicated, obsessed with detail, absolutely uncompromising and with an incomparable wealth of knowledge and experience. He calls it “studio” to imply that it is just an approximation after all - to perfection. But it should be noted that he is on right after it! It is a wine that should be tried once.

Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, fish, charcuterie.
Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Studio di Bianco verkörpert wohl am meisten den Charakter des Meisters: Kompliziert, aufs Detail versessen, absolut kompromisslos und mit einem unvergleichlichen Wissens- und Erfahrungsschatz. Er nennt es "Studio" um anzudeuten, dass es eben doch nur eine Annäherung ist - an die Perfektion. Er ist aber ganz nach dran, dies sei angemerkt! Es ist ein Wein, den mal einmal probiert haben sollte.
