Tasting note
A dark, intense red in the glass. On the nose, there is a harmonious bouquet with wonderful juniper berry aromas. Full-bodied taste, with pleasant, well-integrated tannins on the palate.

Vinification
Stemming is followed by 10-14 days of classic mash fermentation, with multiple pumping over for dye and tannin extraction. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months.
