Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, green apple and pear, floral-scented, with notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. Fine nose sweetener. On the palate, light exoticism, pineapple, pome fruit, irresistibly sparkling. Pleasant and yet not too sweet, simply great!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well as an aperitif as well as with fish and white meat.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards of Col di San Martino and Pieve di Soligo. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented directly for about 40 days in autoclaves - pressure-tight steel tanks - at 13 to 14 degrees Celsius. The result is a well-balanced and fragrant prosecco with a strong character.
