Tasting note
Cuvée is composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from the eponymous centrepiece of the first pressing. Aged for 10 months in barriques without biological acid degradation. With expressive aromas of ripe yellow fruits, citrus, hazelnut brioche notes and subtle mineral chalk tones. Great palate, powerful and rich, yet characterized by a finesse of elegance, with lots of freshness and excitement. Very complex and still young and impetuous, with great aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood and meat dishes, such as sea bass with porcini mushrooms, Saint Jacques with orange mussel jus, but also with veal breads or even fried foie gras.
