About the wine
Luca Maroni: “Tenuta Ulisse — one of the clearest examples of the aromatic appearance that grapes can develop in beautiful Abruzzo.” Although the Ulisse family has been growing wine here for generations, the official founding year of the modern winery dates back to 2006. Here, brothers Antonio and Luigi Ulisse chose a breathtaking landscape for their vineyards. Some locations offer views of the Adriatic Sea, while other vineyards have the Apennines behind them and the vines grow on hillsides. A paradise for lovers of Italy!

Tasting note
This white specialty from Abruzzo is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh on the palate, long and present. Fine and intense aromas of star ice cream sweets, fruits such as peaches, green apples, ripe pineapple, as well as picked pear and some nuts enchant the nose. I round off my performance with a mineral finish and crisp freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, seafood, chicken and risotto.
Vinification
The selective manual harvest is carried out in 10-kilogram containers; cooled by dry ice, the grapes reach the winery undamaged. There, they are selected again to ensure absolutely healthy grapes.
