Tasting note
Die Aromen des Clos du Châtelard Clos Blanc 1er Grand Cru 1er Grand Cru von Blumen und Kräutern drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Im Anschluss zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette ihren eigenen Charakter. Ein Weisswein mit leichtem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with artichokes, asparagus, fish from the lake or river, seafood, sushi, sashimi, white meat, Emmental cheese, Tomme, Gruyère and Vacherin.
Vinification
The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. After a gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. A slight filtration takes place before bottling.
