Seductive and intense scent, radiates a lot of freshness and a rich interplay of citrus and white fruits. Despite its strength and enormous mineral depth, it looks incredibly slim and elegant. Wonderful how the terroir seasoning comes out here. This is a unique and fascinating scent cloud that can hardly be compared with any other wine. It can very cleverly hide the rather high alcohol content, as the acidity gives it a harmonizing balance. Nevertheless, you can feel its power and intensity at the start with a flood of ripe fruit and tremendous minerality. The wine is decidedly noble with a fine melting and very good length. This Jurançon is perfect as a noble aperitif wine, but also ideal as an accompaniment to food.
