Das Bouquet des Clos de la George Chasselas 1er Grand Cru 1er Grand Cru von Blumen und Kräutern zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Nuancen von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mit leichtem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser Weisswein seine meisterliche Beschaffenheit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pâté and venison terrine, poultry, offal, lamb cutlets, beef fillet with mushrooms, various pasta dishes, “five spices” ribs, Peking duck, hard cheese, chestnuts, black chocolate.
