About the wine
Nicolas Joly was initially an exotic, a weirdo for some, but for others he became the great idol of biodynamic viticulture. The world-renowned Joly and his daughter produce just 40,000 bottles in a good year, including the Coulée de Serrant from the monopoly of the same name, which undoubtedly belongs to the greatest white wines and has had an excellent reputation for centuries. Tasting note
Pure nature. Exude a deep sense of peace and harmony; in fact, there are a thousand aromas ranging from yellow fruits to hot spices such as cinnamon, capers, peppers, licorice, a fantastic yet never obtrusive wealth of aromas. On the palate, pure nature, soft, stone fruit, tobacco, warm spices, flowing, wide, unfathomable and deep. An indescribable pleasure. Everything that you associate with nature is in this bottle.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended with pretzel sticks, puff pastry pastries and meatballs in tomato sauce.
Vinification
Low yield. Very selective reading by hand. Very gentle pressing, no temperature control, very slow fermentation and fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging for several months in used oak barrels. No fining, very low filtration and sulfurization.
