Tasting note
Opaque ruby red color Seductive, spicy bouquet with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cherries and sweet oranges. Very velvety on the palate, melty and full-bodied.

Vinification
The grapes all come from smaller plots that are pressed separately. The grapes are only partially destemmed and not crushed. Long mash fermentation in concrete tanks of 40 hl, followed by aging for 18 months in 5000 and 500 liter French oak vats.
