Clarevallis Extra Brut - Drappier

About the wine

Clarevallis is an homage to Saint Bernard, who founded Clarevallis Abbey a few kilometers away from Urville in 1115. In 1152, Bernard had a vaulted wine cellar built, which today belongs to the Drappier house. The wine is unfiltered and minimally sulphurized, extra brut. 75% Pinot Noir, the rest Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Blanc Vrai.
