About the wine
The Prosecco CIRCLE was created in close collaboration between the Boucherville company and the Paladin family. The common idea was to produce a fruity, inexpensive yet high-quality prosecco. It should have a high recognition value, a fair price and be of first-class quality. Sun, energy and joie de vivre are the elements that should come into their own in the label. The name CIRCLE refers to the balance of this prosecco. As with a circle, everything should be completely consistent, the visual appearance, the impression on the palate and, of course, the price.

Tasting note
Vivid light yellow with fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic on the nose with notes of apples, pears, finely underlined with hints of honeydew melons and white flowers. Refreshing and elegant on the palate, the perlage wonderfully integrated. A lively and balanced prosecco with a fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif and antipasti. Also very suitable with delicate seafood dishes (Fritto Misto).
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed at less than 1.0 bar in order to obtain only the best juice and thus preserve the characteristic properties of Prosecco. 90 days in pressure steel tanks (Charmat method) give the Prosecco a fine, persistent perlage. In order to achieve the best possible freshness, the bottles are always only freshly bottled after the order has been received. This is a great advantage that only small businesses can offer.
