With the provocative Grenache 2007 — Cims de Porrera Garnatxa, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
Dark crimson. Very intense aromas of ripe red cherries, cloves, bay leaves and a subtle subtle vanilla note. On the palate, this varietal Grenache is rich and strong, fruity and with soft tannins. Very elegant and long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team recommends you to go with burgers with blue cheese, vegetables and spicy dishes. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 4-12 years after harvest.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and brought to the bodega in baskets of 12 kg capacity. This is followed by a 25-day maceration in large wooden barrels, during which the pomace cap is constantly pumped over. The ageing takes place in specifically selected, 20% new Allier oak barriques for 16 months.
