About the wine
Red and white grapes from the same vineyard are pressed together and pressed after a maceration period of around 24 to 36 hours. This gives Schiller its rosé-like color. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting note
A youthful, fresh scent of juicy currants unfolds on the nose. The palate has a lively, fresh acidity, which makes the wine appear light and sparkling. A wonderfully uncomplicated summer wine, perfect for warm days and convivial hours.

Aperitif, vegetable dishes, light meat dishes and sushi.
Vinification
Red and white grapes, which grow on the same vineyard, are pressed together.
