About the wine
The name “Roussette de Savoie AOC” covers wines made from the grape variety of the same name in the two areas of Marestel and Monthoux near the “Lac de Bourget” and in the Frangy area further north.

Goes well with pasta with fish sauce, fish with a delicate flavor.
Vinification
Complex and complex. At the beginning, there is a fine scent of buttery brioche, followed by a subtle honey tone. The bouquet unfolds with floral nuances, ripe and candied fruit, finely accompanied by spicy and smoky notes: gingerbread, iris, dried apricots, candied citrus fruits, cardamom and graphite. Plot selection from the location “Les Châteaux”. Clay-lime soil with a high clay content. 27-year-old south-facing vines multi-layered and complex.
