Tasting note
The Chidro smells intensely of ripe, red berries, blueberry jam and dried violets, with hints of tobacco and Christmas spices. On the palate, this Primitivo is dry and full-bodied with round, ripe tannins. The aftertaste is persistent with lots of freshness and intense, delicate berry fruit.

Vinification
After being harvested by hand, the Primitivo grapes are macerated in steel tanks for approx. 25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, 60% of the wine is aged for one year in French oak tonneaux and 40% in cement tanks.
