About the wine
Chenin blanc is the most commonly grown white grape variety in South Africa. The grapes are handpicked and left on the mash overnight. The fermentation temperature is rather low and the wine is on the yeast (sur lie). Complexity and race determine this wine. Today, the three sons Johan, François and Pieter run the winery.

Tasting note
Light, clear greenish yellow. Clean, delicate aromas of freshly picked white peach and citrus wildflowers. Fine acid structure, lots of race and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif but also with a light fish-based entree.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
