Tasting note
The Buisson is brilliant golden yellow. On the nose, it beguiles with strong aromas of yellow fruits, sweet cherries and some pineapple paired with slightly smoky aromas and a slight yeast note. On the palate, the wine is intense and rich, with aromas of mirabelles, peach, tarte tatin and some honey, elegant acidity and a remarkably long and mineral finish. A Chenin Blanc that is very accessible even at a young age, but it can also ripen for a few more years without any problems.

Goes well with aperitifs, all kinds of tapas, fish & seafood, cheese
Vinification
The Buisson site faces northeast and has clay-limestone soil with flint. The young vines are cultivated according to organic guidelines. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice is fermented with natural yeasts. It is aged for 12 months on lees in French oak barrels with a capacity of 600 liters before maturing in stainless steel tanks for a further 8 months.
