About the wine

Tasting note
A bright, deep red. On the nose, intense aromas of wild blackberries, accompanied by fresh licorice, black pepper and floral violet notes. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate with notes of cassis liqueur, pepper and cocoa beans. A fresh, plant-based base and hints of plum compote give the wine depth. The long, powerful finish is evident thanks to the finely tuned wood aging.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this organic red wine at a slightly chilled 18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Chemin de Moscou goes perfectly with barbecues, roasted vegetables and game.
Vinification
Aged for 21 months in French oak: A third of Syrah in new Burgundy barrels for 9 months, Grenache and Cinsault in 500 liter Demi-Muids and 2000 liter foudres for 9 months. Then cut the best barrels from each grape variety and age in the same wood for a further 12 months.
