Château Revelette Blanc Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2023 - Château Revelette

The white Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence is a typical blend of the local varieties Rolle (50%) and Ugni Blanc (80%), complemented by Sauvignon. After crushing, the grapes remain as a mash for a few hours before they are pressed and led to temperature-controlled fermentation. Rolle is probably related to Vermentino (Tuscany and Sardinia and produces wines with a powerful, floral-fruity aroma, Ugni Blanc contributes structure, rather unusual for white wines, which supports maturation and contributes to good shelf life. Sauvignon complements the aroma with slightly exotic notes reminiscent of citrus fruits.
