About the wine
With the special Château de Vullierens Galotta from 2019, you will positively surprise your friends. Sunny and fertile landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Hammel SA conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Goes well with poultry in sauce, white meat, beef tenderloin, game, cold cuts, Vaudois boutefas.
Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Monitoring the degree of ripeness to determine when to harvest, limit yield, harvest and select by hand so that the berries remain intact.
