Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Ripeness monitoring to determine harvest time, yield limit, harvest and hand-pick to keep berries intact. After gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. Ageing on fine yeast in oak barrels. Easy filtration.
