Shiny straw to yellow gold in the glass with greenish-gold reflections. On the nose, an aromatic bouquet of ripe grapefruit, pear, yellow apple, banana, white and yellow stone fruit (peach, apricot), meadow herbs, summer blossoms, almonds and fresh hazelnuts. In the background, harmoniously integrated oak wood and sweet vanilla. Silky fresh and lively on the palate with a fine balance of racy acidity, slightly tart citrus fruit and supple oak wood notes, which give 'Vinya Gigi even more gentle fullness, melting and liveliness on the palate. Long aftertaste with persistent freshness and aromatic, slightly herbal aftertaste of pear, vanilla and lime. Goes well with grilled fish, scallops, ragout, seafood and more.
