Tasting note
The nose is dominated by notes of fresh Williams pear, peach, pineapple, candied lemon and wet flint. Medium-weight palate with a silky texture and complex aroma of lemon meringue, green apple and a touch of brioche and nuts. The aftertaste is persistent with citrus zests and salty-chalky minerality.

Vinification
Aging for eleven months in 60% new French oak barrels. Fermentation took place with natural yeasts in barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation. Finally, the wine was bottled without fining or filtration.
