About the wine
An elegant and mineral red wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation, which perfectly reflects the typicity of the Syrah grape and the terroir of the northern Rhône.

Tasting note
The wine is deep garnet red with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of wild dark berries such as blackcurrants and blackberries develop, accompanied by mineral notes such as graphite and a hint of finely integrated oak. On the palate, it has a balanced and supple structure with fine, dense tannins and a mineral tension that is due to the granite soil. The aftertaste is long-lasting with elegant notes of dark fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes such as venison fillet with lingonberry sauce or beef fillet with pepper crust. It is also an excellent choice with aged hard cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from granite soils, which are known for their excellent drainage and mineral characteristics. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by aging in oak barrels to give the wine additional complexity.
