Fresh and elegant — our Chandon Brut is the characteristic expression of our high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, along the foothills of the Andes. The best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes come from our El Yaima and Caicayén estates (Uco Valley), which are located at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,200 meters above sea level Located at sea level. Their soils, which range from sandy loam to clay with a bit of limestone, allow us to create a fresh, fruity, elegant, creamy and balanced sparkling wine. The Andes block the humid winds that come from the Pacific Ocean and turn Mendoza into a high-altitude desert with a continental climate. The climatic conditions of the terroir and the large difference between day and night temperatures allow grapes to ripen slowly while maintaining all their natural acidity.
