Tasting note
Golden yellow color with aromas of citrus, ripe apple, honey, brioche pastry, nuts and butter. Very dry on the palate (Brut Nature) with fine perlage and juicy acid structure. The body is rather strong, with intense aromas and a persistent aftertaste. A great food companion!
Vinification
Selected yeasts and fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit and freshness. The grapes come from three carefully cultivated plots and as many different soils as possible in order to get closer to the mosaic and characteristics of the Vandières soil. This wine made from 100% Pinot Meunier matures for 48 months sur lattes and is bottled without dosage.
