Champagne Dom Ruinart Rose 2009 - Ruinart

The Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is a perfect companion for fish and meat dishes (salmon tataki, marinated tuna or Bresse chicken or veal). After a few more years of storage, you can safely serve it with the same dishes, but then its notes become more intense, smoky and spicy.

80% Chardonnay from Grand Cru plots, including three quarters on the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil sur Oger and Oger) and a quarter in the Montagne de Reims (Sillery and Verzenay); the remaining 20% consists of Pinot Noir, which comes exclusively from the Grand Cru vineyard in Aÿ and was vinified as red wine.
