About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Beni di Batasiolo absolutely masters his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Piedmont. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Nebbiolo with beef or pizza.

Tasting note
Intense cherry red; typical Nebbiolo bouquet with notes of dried fruits, undergrowth and spices. Plus ethereal notes with a little mint; fiery and spirited on the palate, the river is beautifully full and velvety-soft. An unadulterated Barolo with a multi-faceted aroma spectrum.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine stews with rich side dishes.
Vinification
The Nebbiolo grapes for this cru come from the “Cerequio” vineyard in the municipality of La Morra, 350 m above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes are sorted again and sent to the winery for fermentation. After fermentation in steel tanks, the young wine ages for two years in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels and one year in the bottle. Production amounts to just 14,000 bottles.
