The Cava MIM Natura Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2019 features a shiny, golden color and fine pearls. The nose reveals complex aromas of red berries, in particular strawberries and raspberries, as well as subtle notes of brioche and toasted bread due to the long yeast storage. On the palate, Cava has refreshing acidity, a well-balanced structure and a fine minerality. The aftertaste is long-lasting and dry, with elegant freshness and fruity nuances.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and vinified at low temperatures to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Cava ages on lees for at least 30 months, giving it a fine perlage and complex aromas. After the second fermentation, the dosage takes place without added sugar, which underlines the natural character of cava.
