Light lemon yellow — pure, fresh nose with fruity notes of poached pears, quinces and a herbal touch of lemon thyme. This pure Chenin Blanc also impresses on the palate with its clarity, focus and aromatic precision, to which a certain minerality also contributes. The Cape's vines have suffered severely from the severe drought in recent years.
