About the wine

The “Castel Petit Castel” features notes of cherries, raspberries, plum and a slight hint of oak. This full-bodied and harmonious red wine is accompanied by a light breeze of tannin with a lovely delicate finish. The wine is made from a wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. These variants are blended from the winery's excellent vineyards and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and an additional 4 months in concrete tanks. A “Castel Petit Castel” bottle can be enjoyed from the moment you buy it. However, the wine reaches its peak between the third and fifth year and can remain in optimal drinking condition for a longer period of time under suitable conditions. Taste the wine with beef steak combined with salsa verde or with a variant of lamb and poultry dishes.
