Tasting note
Intense clear nose of red berries and red cherries, plus herbal notes and Mediterranean spices. Juicy and fresh on the palate with lots of red fruit and a dense body. Exciting long finish!

Vinification
Only 75% of the white (approx. 40%) and red grapes picked manually from the plot are destemmed and then fermented in an open wooden vat using natural yeasts. The aging then takes place for approx. 12 months in a used 600-liter barrel and a further month in a concrete egg.
