Tasting note
On the nose, the aromas of Carmenere are clearly reminiscent of dried figs, plums, coffee, and some paprika. The palate shows its powerful structure, beautifully interwoven with a supple body, supported by the barrique components.
Culinary recommendation
Unleashes its full potential in combination with hearty meat dishes. It goes particularly well with grilled beef, lamb chops or braised game dishes. Also with aged hard cheeses, such as Manchego or an old Comté. For vegetarian cuisine, hearty dishes with roasted aromas, such as grilled vegetables, lentil ragout or mushroom risotto, are recommended.

Fermentation in steel tanks, brief maceration, fermentation at low temperatures. 20 months in new barriques.
