Tasting note
The refreshing scent spectrum of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry shows aromatic complexity and plenty of culinary potential. The fresh nuances of prune, clove and marmalade create their individual texture. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, a strong body and fresh acidity, this fruity red wine presents its flawless quality.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The harvest is only carried out when the optimal time of sugar content, acidity and polyphenols (tannin, color) has been reached (physiological maturity). After a short maceration period, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, further expansion also takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and fruitiness.
